Our condolences to the Lerohl Family. We met Steve at our first hearing aid appointment about five years ago. Ever since, whenever we went back into the Sam's store in Riverdale, we looked for him there and when he was there, he always had his easy smile for us. We stopped often for a little bantering and considered him a friend. He'll be remembered because not seeing him at his post at Sam's will remind us about who we'll be missing.
The Lerohl family became our family when we moved to Kimberly Idaho. Between many, many family dinners, picnics, parties, boat trips, camping trips, golfing days and vacations the memories we have are endless! It is fair to say that the entire Kane family loved Steve Lerohl!!! I wish the last time I saw him I knew would be the last time. I would have hugged him longer.... told him what he meant to me and my family! My thoughts are with Tina and their children and grandchildren. Steve was soooo funny!!! So kind. But mostly he loved his family and was so proud of them! Patrick and I have told soooo many funny stories of our adventures with Steve to other friends... we have some classics!!! He will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
Steve was one of those guy's, who could always put a smile on your face. I so enjoyed working with him when he was employed at RC Willey. So heartbroken with this sad news, and pray for his sweet wife Tina, and family. to be comforted during this very difficult time. He will be greatly missed

I love the Lehrol’s, I grew up next to them till they moved to Idaho when I was about 10 years old. This family helped make my childhood so fun and memorable. I remember Steve and Tina coming over to play games with my parents while I played with Jessie, we stayed friends threw our life and I’m so glad we did. I’m so sorry for the loss of your amazing dad, I could always tell how much you all loved him and how much he loved you. He was a great man.
Steve, I miss you already. I am thankful for you being a great missionary and bringing me the gospel. I know I was not the easiest convert in fact I was difficult, but you stuck to it. This also provided me with a great friendship for 33 years. I am grateful for your example of love and kindness. I pray for your family. In Friendship. Linda M. Lowney
I was so sorry to hear about Steve passing. I loved running into him at Sams he always had a joke and a smile. I was taught by him in his Gospel Doctrine class and knew he knew the Gospel was true. My love and prayers are with your family 💛
